  punitive damages

Company’s maximum liability shall not exceed three times the total rental amount paid.

Cancellations

Cancellations made:

14+ days before rental start:
Full refund minus processing fee (~3%)

48 hours to 14 days before rental:
50% refund

Less than 48 hours:
No refund

Miscellaneous

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Legal actions must be brought in courts serving St. Johns County, Florida.

If any part of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.

The prevailing party in legal disputes is entitled to recover attorney fees and costs.

Waiver of Jury Trial

Both parties waive the right to a jury trial in disputes arising from this Agreement.

Attestation

By completing a reservation, Client confirms that they have read and agree to these terms.

Electronic acceptance shall have the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
