• 14+ days before rental: Full refund (minus processing fee)
• 7–13 days before rental: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days before rental: No refund

Yes. We stock trusted, top-rated brands that parents already know and love. All equipment is current model, unexpired, and meets federal safety standards — no outdated or worn gear.

Yes. We deliver and set up your gear so everything is ready before you arrive. At the end of your rental we return to break it down and pick it up — no hassle for you.

Yes. All First Coast Baby Rental team members are background checked. We understand we are entering your vacation home or hotel room and take that trust seriously.

Yes. Every single item is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between each rental without exception. Equipment is also fully inspected before delivery to ensure it is in safe, working condition.

We clean all equipment with non-toxic, baby-safe sanitizing products that are tough on germs but completely safe for infants and toddlers. We never use harsh chemicals that could irritate sensitive skin.
